Make or Bake is all about sharing knowledge and inspiration – in a way that’s accessible and doesn’t pretend to be perfect. This site has a wide range of content – this is due to my wide range of interests!
Who is Pearl Roos
- A former engineer and current entrepreneur
- A Florida native who’s travelled far but continues to call the sunshine state home
- A mom to a delightful and curious son
- A wife, daughter, gardener, baker, and maker
What you’ll find here
- Easy to follow recipes and tutorials
- Post and articles that’ll make you re-consider something you thought you knew
- Woodworking, craft, baking and gardening projects that span a range of skillsets
What you’ll NEVER find here
- Ads. I hate going to a site only to X out of it due to all of the ads and autoplay videos.
- Affiliate links. I don’t have sponsors, and I don’t plan having sponsors. If I share that I love a particular product – it’s because I genuinely love it and not because some brand is giving me money or gifts.
- AI generated posts, recipes, tutorials or images.
What you’ll PROBABLY NEVER find here
- Videos. I don’t currently plan on making video content. I may change this in the future but currently there’s no plan to switch away from written content.
